The batch code is the strongest verification tool a customer has. Here is how to use it.

Every pack carries a small string of digits. Most people ignore it, although it is the key to the entire production history.
What the code holds
- Slaughter date and shift
- The halal inspector on duty
- Line and recipe version
- The temperature record the batch went through
That data is kept for the entire shelf life of the product and stays in the archive afterwards.
How to check
Send the code to our quality department and you will have an answer within one business day. If a producer cannot answer that request, that is an answer in itself.
